Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah.
Alhamdulillah, Ossalatu Ossalamu Ala Syeedil Mursalin Wala Alihi Washabihi Azmaeen.
I personally consider teaching profession as performing prophetic duty,
because Arabic Poet said: كاد المعلم ان يكون رسولا
I invoke to Almighty Allah to give me maximum ability to uplift the Madrasah to highest level of education department as governing body wanted to me. I promise that I will try my best to materialise your dream to make the Madrasah smart, unique, unparallel, digitalised, knowledge spreading centre. May Allah grant the Madrasah to make some students leaders to change the society to the light of Islam

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। ওয়াসসালাতু ওয়াসসালামু আলা সাইয়্যিদিল মুরসালিন। ওয়ালা আলিহী ওয়াসহাবিহী আজমাঈন। আমি ব্যক্তিগতভাবে শিক্ষকতা পেশাকে নবুয়্যাতি দায়িত্ব পালন বলে মনে করি। কারণ,

আমি সর্বশক্তিমান আল্লাহর কাছে তাওফিক কামনা করছি আমি যেন এই মাদ্রাসার জন্য ভালো কিছু করতে পারি,এবং তার বিনিময়ে মাদ্রাসাটি যেন শিক্ষা বিভাগের সর্বোচ্চ স্তরে উন্নীত হয়। আমি প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি যে, মাদ্রাসাটিকে স্মার্ট, অনন্য, অতুলনীয় করার যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করব। এবং জ্ঞান প্রচারের কেন্দ্র হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে সকল চেষ্টা ব্যায় করবো, ইনশাআল্লাহ । আল্লাহ মাদরাসাটিকে কবুল করুন, আমিন।

All praises be to Allah thousands of Salat and Dorud upon our last prophet Mohammad (sm) we hope emancipation of all destitute people of the world.
You will be glad to know that we are going to establish a qualitiful and smart Madrasah at Kachua(Bachaya Mor Bishwroad) in Chandpur, Bangladesh. We consider Kachua(Bachaya Mor Bishwroad) as a knowledge spreading centre. One day the Academy would be a complete complex with a Masjid, Madrasah (boys and girls section), University with smart hostel for both sections, Institute and other educational programs also as waqf registration paper hope to materialize, We promise to ensure the IT based class and digitalized class room, higher level Arabic and English based education would be confirmed and science faculty will be started within short time inshaallah. This complex would be model education center in Chandpur district, May Allah bless us and grant our plans and something better for humanity

সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহ তায়ালার জন্য, দুরুদ ও সালাম আমাদের শেষ নবী মোহাম্মদ (সাঃ) এর উপর। আমরা পৃথিবীর সকল নিঃস্ব মানুষের মুক্তি কামনা করি। আপনি জেনে খুশি হবেন যে, আমরা বাংলাদেশের চাঁদপুরের কচুয়া উপজেলায় (বাচাইয়া মোর বিশ্বরোড) একটি স্মার্ট একাডেমী প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে যাচ্ছি, আমরা এখানে জ্ঞান প্রচারের একটি কেন্দ্র হিসেবেও তৈরি করতে চাই। একদিন এই একাডেমি একটি মসজিদ সহ সম্পূর্ণ কমপ্লেক্সে রূপ নেবে ইনশাআল্লাহ। যেখানে বালক বালিকা আলাদা শাখা ও উভয় শাখার মনোরম হোস্টেল সহ একটি হাইয়ার এরাবিক ইনস্টিটিউট সহ অন্যান্য শিক্ষামূলক কার্যক্রম প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে বলে আশা করছি। আমরা আই টি বেইজড ক্লাস এবং অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে তা নিশ্চিত করার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি, যাকে পূর্ণ ডিজিটালাইজেশন আখ্যা দেয়া যাবে। উচ্চ স্তরের আরবি, ইংরেজি, বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি নির্ভর শিক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা হবে এবং অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে বিজ্ঞান অনুষদ চালু করা হবে, ইনশাআল্লাহ। এই একাডেমি চাঁদপুর জেলার একটি আদর্শ শিক্ষা কেন্দ্রে পরিণত হবে ইনশাআল্লাহ, আল্লাহ আমাকে ভালো ভালো পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়নের তাওফিক দান করুন । আমীন

We hope the emancipation of our local people through smart education, as well as we strongly believe that urban people will come to our Academy to receive smart religious teaching, because we are determined to ensure smart learning.
We observed that our education system of Bangladesh is divided into several Divisions, Someone is totally secular who cancelled religious thoughts, concepts, philosophy and activities accordingly, another is fully onesided who cancelled mundane learning and worldly works , both are partial, biased, unscientific and unreal, reality is completely opposite, that's to ensure quality education rearing moral and religious values.
This is final command of Allah mentioned in the holy Quran, in Sura Baqara,ربنا اتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الاخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
As a Muslim we should take decision to arrange quality education protecting Conventional knowledge as well as full of moral values for upcoming generation, that is why we are to confirm Nurany section for Hifjul Quran Sahih recitation and Alia Academy at higher sections with strong Arabic basement.
We are strongly determined to maintain Hijab system and that's why we will separate girls' section, Our Madrassah will open science faculty within short time.
If our dream is implemented corruption free qualified and skilled manpower would be confirmed, insha Allah. We seek support of all walks of people Insa-allah.

আমরা আশা করি স্মার্ট শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে আমাদের এই এলাকার জনগণের মুক্তি নিশ্চিত হবে , পাশাপাশি আমরা দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করি যে, শহরের মানুষ আমাদের একাডেমিতে আসবে, কারণ আমরা গ্রাম্য স্বাস্থ্যকর মনোরম পরিবেশে স্মার্ট লার্নিং নিশ্চিত করতে দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ, আমরা লক্ষ্য করেছি যে, আমাদের বাংলাদেশের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা কয়েকটি ভাগে বিভক্ত। কেউ সম্পূর্ণ ধর্মনিরপেক্ষ, বাতিল করেছে ধর্মীয় চিন্তাধারা এবং দর্শন। আরেকটি শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা সম্পূর্ণ একতরফা, বাতিল করেছে জাগতিক পড়াশোনা ও কার্যাবলী, উভয় শিক্ষাব্যবস্থাই আংশিক, পক্ষপাতমূলক, অবৈজ্ঞানিক এবং অবাস্তব। বাস্তবতার সম্পূর্ণ বিপরীত। তা হল মানসম্মত শিক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা নৈতিক ও ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধের প্রতিপালন যা পবিত্র কোরআনে উল্লিখিত; ربنا اتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الاخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
(হে রব! আমাকে দুনিয়ার কল্যাণ ও আখেরাতে জাহান্নামের আযাব থেকে মুক্তি দাও)
একজন মুসলিম হিসেবে আমাদের আগামী প্রজন্মের জন্য প্রচলিত জ্ঞানের পাশাপাশি নৈতিক মূল্যবোধে পরিপূর্ণ মানসম্পন্ন শিক্ষার ব্যবস্থা করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া উচিত। সেজন্যই আমরা কোরআন হিফজ্ ও বিশুদ্ধ তেলাওয়াতের জন্য অভিজ্ঞ শিক্ষক এবং উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য আলিয়া পদ্ধতিকে বাছাই করেছি, তবে আরবিকে বিশেষ গুরুত্ব দেয়া হবে। আমরা হিজাব ব্যবস্থা বজায় রাখতে দৃঢ় সংকল্পবদ্ধ, সেজন্য আমরা বালিকা শাখা আলাদা করব । আমাদের একাডেমিতে বিজ্ঞান অনুষদ খুলবো খুব দ্রুত, আমাদের স্বপ্ন বাস্তবায়ন হলে দুর্নীতিমুক্ত যোগ্য ও দক্ষ জনশক্তি নিশ্চিত হবে,ইনশাআল্লাহ ।
